Shipping:
Orders typically take 2-7 business days to arrive at their destination within Australia . For express shipping, additional fees may apply, and your order will arrive within 1-2 business days.

Returns:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

If it is a Sizing issue and you need help with the right size, we are more than happy to help you with this issue and give you store credit to choose a better fit.

We accept returns for items that were damaged or faulty upon delivery, and we require proof of the damage or fault such as a photo.To initiate the return process, please email our customer support admin@ccthelabel.com team with your order number, a photo of the damage, and a brief description of the issue. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase with the order number.Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a store credit or refund equal to the value of the returned item. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Any Damage done to the good by use and wear we cannot refund. We only accept returns if the good is damaged before use. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period 
Not with standing the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

3. Do not wring or twist your swimwear after washing or rinsing, as this can cause it to lose its shape.

4. Always hand wash your swimwear with mild soap in cool water, and air dry it flat. This will keep the fabric looking vibrant and prevent shrinkage.

5. Avoid storing your swimwear in direct sunlight, as this can cause fading and weaken the elastic. Instead, store your swimwear in a cool, dry place away from heat and light.

6. Try to limit the amount of time you spend sitting on rough surfaces or rubbing against rough materials while wearing your swimwear.
